Can't play the game because it keep crashing on startup? That's because you need to update your game. Check your iTunes and update the game now :D

ReplyDeleteYes mine crashes on start up too when I'm given or I give eggs. I have sent 2 emails to beeline and am still waiting. Everything was updated & did the hard power down and all. The only thing that worked was to leave it alone for 2 days then go back. If I wait those two days then it seems to resolve itself and I no longer crash upon start up...however the problem comes back if you exchange eggs again. So wait another 2 days. At this point it looks like I can no longer exchange eggs with anyone until there is a fix.

ReplyDeleteMine crashes when I have gone on friends map then back into my shop, as though it has a problem loading the requests I have from my friends maybe. I'm level 16 but am rapidly losing interest in the game. Beeline haven't gotten back to me through their site or through the Facebook page. People have started to delete me as a friend too :( someone mail me on Duffy.Daniel@hotmail.co.uk please, I like the game and wanna continue :)
ReplyDeleteMine crashes when you try to play on the slot machine. The normal spins are sometimes ok, but when I go for the rare/ultra rare prizes it crashes. Anyone know how to fix this or am I best waiting until they bring out a new update?
ReplyDeleteI have updated and rebooted but nothing makes this app stop crashing. Game is now unplayable and Beeline "Thankyou for your complaint / suggestion, we will give it to the developers. Blah. Blah blah" they don't appear to care. Feeling pretty stupid now I have bought a bunch of berries I can't manage to use.

Isn't there some file I can copy off my device and then put back after a reinstall to keep my progress, berries, coins, eggs?? While I am writing this there are multiple eggs hatching and being wasted...

ReplyDeleteIm on level 17 6,000 coins. Just bought 125 berries and now i cant even get past the beeline homepage. I wish it would of happened way at the beginning. It makes me feel a little bit better knowing im not alone.
ReplyDeleteGame crashed after latest update. I hope a fix is in the works so I don't lose everything. I know someone who got a refund on the lost monster berries because of this issue.

My app crashes every time I tap on the "Active Requests" tab, or when I tap on the "Requests" tab under "Monsterpedia". Does anybody else experience this, too? It was working fine until two days ago, all of a sudden, it starts to crash whenever I want to check on the requests......
ReplyDeleteMonster pet shop is not worth it!!! I have a kindle fire and have had about five updates. Every time my game updates it crashes. This game was obviously not tested extensively enough. Now I'm going to have to wait another two or three months until the next update comes out just to have this happen again!!! Don't download this game!!!! It's really not worth it!! It's just one big headache. I'm not going to play this game anymore. I won't download another beeline game either. I'm really pissed off with this game. The people at beeline don't seem to care either because they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix these problems. As long as they have other who are willing to spend money they're happy with it. Ill download other games. I'm through with beeline!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've lost a total of 25 monster berries. I couldnt believe my eyes when i had to mature a monster to place another one. So i bought more thinking the candy corn would be in the box of use and place area. BUT no. I spent 10 berries on 3 vouchers as a special treat for my Grand daughter they were there and then they were not. I'm not going crazy after all. We have a second room cant get into it, Because it keeps CRASHING!!I don't know how to up-date this thing, I did this game to help my Grand daughter with her reading and comprension. I want my 25 berries back! And also we had a monster we were tring to sell but stupid Mr Top Hat said it wasn"t mature really 4 stars and a breed job and i still can't sell? WENT TO THE ADOPTION AGency. Please fix these issues the game is becoming so annoying I dread touching it anymore, But my Grand daughter thinks I'm doing it. Please give me my berries back and keep this dang thing from crashing.

ReplyDeleteI play on a Kindle Fire, and have bought berries. But now my game has been crashing when I get to the end of Level 13 and it tries to go to Level 14 (I think). I wrote to Beeline multiple times, and only got "Thank you for contacting us. Customer suggestions are important to us." So we figured out how to get the backup loaded before the crash. Then I can play again until it gets to the same point. Since Beeline doesn't seem to care about the Android version of the game (no updates in the time there's been three updates for the i-devices?), we might just try to hack the game to get around this bug. Has anyone else tried this?
